A 10% earnest money payment is required upon acceptance of Sales Contract by certified check or wire transfer.  The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Peoples Company or its affiliates if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.

Closing & Possession:  Closing and possession will occur on or about May 1, 2013. The balance of purchase price will be payable at closing in cash or guaranteed check.
