November 2019 Iowa Land Auction Results

There were 215+ tracts of land in Iowa that sold at public auction during the month of November. Among these, we saw several strong sales with 22 tracts surpassing $11,000/acre and we saw a few farms that did not meet the reserve pricing. Overall, the market appears to be holding steady even with the increase in auction volume. Per our records, there are 100+ tracts of land that will sell at auction throughout the month of December.
