Description

The Management Level Licensee assists the Designated Broker with coordination of all real estate activity within their assigned office according to the Board approved company policy manual and state license law. The Management Level Licensee reports directly to the company Designated Broker on a continuing basis, President of the company as needed, and quarterly to the company’s Board of Directors on real estate activity, agent issues, compliance matters, budget control, and progress toward office goals and measurable expectations.

Responsibilities

Out of State Matters
Licensing: Maintain active firm and broker licensing in foreign jurisdictions as agreed upon with the Designated Broker, company President, and Board. Investigate and maintain documentation of pre-licensing requirements for other jurisdictions and assist agents that desire to become licensed in those jurisdictions. 

Marketing: Maintain compliance regarding advertising and regulatory issues in all licensed foreign jurisdictions.

Trust Account Compliance: Assist the Designated Broker as requested by ensuring trust account compliance with the state licensing rules to include the company’s real estate trust account(s) and any management trust accounts pertaining to specified branch office and foreign jurisdictions the Management Level Licensee is licensed in.

Agent Matters
Agent Development: Establish and cultivate positive, respectful, and beneficial relationships with agents by gaining trust, serving as a resource, and providing assistance in order to advance agent and company goals. Participate in, and when necessary, facilitate regularly scheduled office meetings and conference calls so as to promote training, sales growth, and company sponsored events. Assist agents with the development of personal business plans and quarterly goals.

Compliance: Upon request, assist Designated Broker by ensuring compliance and processing all listing, pending, closing, and commission documents. Additionally, assist Designated Broker with auditing of agent files and other duties as requested.

Strategy Implementation
Execute on Organizational Strategy and Direction: Meet regularly with the Designated Broker to discuss office matters, strategy, recruiting, mergers, agent development, and other topics as necessary. Provide periodic reporting to the Designated Broker detailing progress toward meeting measurable expectations.
Fulfill Controlled Budget Items: Identify budget variances from branch office budget on a monthly basis. Review and promptly deposit company receipts in the company’s bank account and forward documentation of the deposit to the company accountant. 

Office Matters 
Office Personnel: Fill in for Designated Broker as needed to supervise office support staff, coordinate vacations, and other extended periods away from the office to maintain continuous services. Promote professionalism and a positive, respectful, harassment free, and enjoyable work environment. Enforce company employment policies and report complaints of improper behavior to the Designated Broker.

Office Maintenance: Maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of the branch office.

Technology: Assist Designated Broker with management and maintenance of office technology matters including phone systems, copy machines, printers, servers, email system, company website(s), and password management.

Events
Company Sponsored: Assist with planning and execution and attend company sponsored events.

Industry Events: Attend and promote the company to outside parties at industry events. Participate in tradeshows, tax schools, and other events acting as a company ambassador where appropriate.

Cross-Selling
Cross-Selling: Take advantage of opportunities to proactively promote all Peoples Company products, services, and divisions. Introduce clients and referral sources to team members of other divisions and maintain sufficient working knowledge of the full line of company products and services so as to recognize cross-selling opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Management Level Licensee shall maintain a broker's license for the states they are licensed in, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance with business use endorsement.
