Chase Duesenberg serves as a land agent at Peoples Company, a renowned firm specializing in land brokerage, management, appraisal, and investment. His primary focus lies in land brokerage, where he assists clients in marketing their properties through diverse channels such as public auctions, listings, and discreet off-market opportunities. Collaborating closely with landowners and farm operators, Chase facilitates capital sourcing to secure acres for various purposes, ranging from conventional agriculture to transitioning towards certified organic practices and renewable energy initiatives. Proficient in navigating transaction structures, Chase is well-versed in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Land Contracts, Rights of First Refusals, and Ownership Interest arrangements.

Before joining Peoples Company, Chase honed his skills in farmland acquisitions within a Private Equity Fund, where he conducted valuations and devised strategies for enhancing assets across the Midwest.

Chase holds a bachelor's degree in real estate and finance from the University of Northern Iowa and is licensed to conduct real estate transactions in Iowa and Minnesota.
