Troy grew up on a row crop & livestock farm in southcentral Iowa. He learned the importance of a strong work ethic at a young age and has carried that same mindset into his adult years. After graduating from Grand View College, Troy spent 9 years with Ruan Transportation managing trucking terminals & customer accounts. He spent the next 9 years with Target Corporation on the executive team & assisted in the successful start-up of 2 regional distribution centers. Due to his strong passion for agriculture, Troy made the change & commitment to obtain his real estate license and move to Colorado to sell real estate. He has been selling farm & ranch real estate in Colorado, Nebraska & Kansas since he made the transition into real estate in 2011. During that timeframe, he sold irrigated, dryland, CRP & farm acreages while developing strong relationships. He owns land in CO, NE & IA and harnesses the knowledge to assist Buyers & Sellers of farmland, pasture, CRP & recreational land. In his spare time, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife Dena & their 3 children & also running, working on muscle cars and working on the farm.
